WHY RR TRADE SCHOOLS?

Compared to Universities

Affordable Tuition

Unlike universities, trade schools offer a relatively simple admissions process. A high school diploma or GED certificate is generally required, but applicants do not need to submit test scores, essays, or letters of recommendation.

On average, students pay $5,000-$15,000 to attend trade school. However, total costs vary depending on the institution and program you select and whether you pay in-state or out-of-state tuition. Shorter programs tend to be less expensive, although longer programs may prepare you for more lucrative careers, making the investment worthwhile.

24 weeks of steady hands on learning in HVAC or Electric to put you in front of a new employer in a high needs trade!

Here is an opportunity to put your life on a fast track to the trades with a certification in a trade bundled with CPR and OSHA certifications

The Difference Between Us And Other Schools

We offer hands on training with actual everyday equipment. This guarantees each and every student will not only be prepared for the certification test, but with the successful completion of the course they will have the skill set to perform the tasks associated with the trade.

WHAT COURSES ARE AVAILABLE?

Currently available for Electrical and HVAC. Roofing, Painting/Wallpaper and Window Installation Certification will be offered in coming months. However, other courses may open for enrollment based on market demand. All enrollments are on a first come, first serve basis until the class has reached its capacity.

WHEN ARE THE COURSES?

Courses are in the evenings and on weekends for flexible scheduling. Classes are: M/W; Tu/Th; all day Saturday or all day Sunday. Currently we are open for registration for the upcoming cycles. Each term is 24 weeks long; 8 hours per week. Please call the school to learn about upcoming start dates.

HOW DO I ENROLL?

To become enrolled in a program an individual must complete the application packet, attend a mandatory orientation, pay a down payment and fees for the selected program; sign an agreed upon pay schedule.

HOW IS THE PROGRAM STRUCTURED?

Each course is designed to prepare students for the state certification test.

WHEN IS THE NEXT COURSE OPEN FOR ENROLLMENT?

Prior to each semester, the determination whether or not to offer a program course is evaluated based on the availability of instructors, the number of students interested in pursuing a career, and whether we can reasonably expect the students in the program to be employed. To learn what courses are currently open for enrollment please contact the Director of School Development at (331)269-6866.

DOES RR TRADE SCHOOL HELP STUDENTS FIND EMPLOYMENT?

Yes, RR Trade School is partnered with multiple companies that will interview students as potential candidates for positions that are open (based on needs of a company and the current market). While employment is not guaranteed, many contractors contact the RR Trade School when they are looking to hire a new employee.

We recommend using the social media platforms,, Linkedin, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc. for posting resumes and job searches.

IS THERE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE INCLUDED IN THE COURSE?

Absolutely, THE TRADES are hands-on careers. The RR Trade School has a workshop that is stocked with a wide array of tools, materials and equipment.
